Have you ever tried gourmet tourism?

Rutas de Sabor is an initiative to foster gourmet and wine tourism in the Sierra de Cádiz.

We offer two separate gourmet routes, but they can be combined if the visitor or groups so wishes. One of the routes lets you discover for yourself the organic extra virgin olive oil produced in Zahara de la Sierra. The visit to the Oleum Viride mill includes a typical miller's breakfast, a tasting session of the different varieties of the unique wine produced here, an explanation about how olives are harvested and a guided tour of Zahara.

The other gourmet route involves tasting the local wines at Bodega Regantío, in Arcos de la Frontera, followed by a delicious lunch to discover the typical local dishes at the winery's restaurant.
